** If you are coming from out of town, we encourage you to arrive by the evening of Thurs, Sept 25 in order to participate in all of the Reunion Weekend activities which start early Friday morning, Sept 26 on the Ward Parkway campus. (see details below).

** Please note: Parking is limited. Please carpool if possible. If the lot is full, please find parking in the lot off the Stateline entrance (5121 Stateline), or on Kroh Campus, or in the adjacent Westwood neighborhood (please do not block our neighbors’ driveways). If possible, please take a car service. The Bellis Athletic Center address for google maps and drop off location for transportation services is 1438 West 51st Street. *Note: please contact the alumni office if you need a handicap parking spot

Once you arrive on campus, please come to the Reunion Weekend Alumni Registration and Hospitality Area to check in and receive your Reunion Weekend name badge. It is also the perfect place to meet up with your friends and / or rest between Reunion Weekend events. You’ll even find yearbooks and pictures to peruse as well as thank you notes to send to your favorite teachers. There will also be light refreshments throughout the day.

Take a walk down memory lane and also see the updates since the last time you were on campus including the Arts Connector featuring favorite photos by alumni Alex Kittoe ‘15. The tour will also stop by the bookstore to pick up your favorite Raider gear or you can purchase anytime from our NEW online bookstore. *Note: please contact the alumni office if you need a walker or wheel chair

Join Upper School Students to hear from Hali Lee ‘85, Founding Partner of Radiant Strategies and also the Asian Women Giving Circle, who was named to the inaugural Time100 Philanthropy 2025 in recognition of her work building collective giving. In 2021 she was named to Forbes’ 50 Over 50: Impact. She will discuss her new book The Big We: How Giving Circles Unlock Generosity, Strengthen Community and Make Change.

The conversation will be moderated by Fr. Justin Mathews ‘95, CEO, Reconciliation Services and Founder of Thelma’s Kitchen.

Please join Kim Firestone Cho ‘96, President of the Alumni Association 2025-26 and the senior class of 2026 for a special lunch in Patterson Hall to celebrate our 2025 alumni award honorees:

The luncheon will be catered by Thelma’s Kitchen which was founded by Fr. Justin Mathews ‘95, CEO, Reconciliation Services. Pembroke Hill students also are volunteers at Thelma’s Kitchen.

Join all of our Pembroke Hill lower, middle and upper school students for our annual Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally. All alumni are invited to walk in the parade!

All alumni are invited to gather with fellow alumni, PHS families, faculty and staff before the homecoming football game. Includes a delicious KC inspired buffet with plenty of food, beer and wine (ID required for alcohol). KC inspired favorites include: In-A-Tub Tacos, Garozzo’s Chicken Spedini, Jack Stack Cheesy Cory, Z Man, Q39 Burnt Ends, Strouds’ Fried Chicken, Mashers w Cream Gravy, Cinnamon Rolls and Stevenson’s Apple Fritters. There will be plenty of food for dinner to enjoy before the big game!

Attire: casual ~ wear RED to cheer on the Raiders!

Make this your first stop Saturday morning! Please come to the Reunion Weekend Alumni Registration & Hospitality Area in The Archives (Carriage House). It is the perfect place to check in, meet friends and explore old yearbooks and pictures. Campus tours will leave from here. There will also be light refreshments throughout the day.

Enjoy coffee talk and join in fun activities for kids and adults alike ~ including a bouncy house and lawn games. (Ages 10 & under; older teenagers can volunteer to help the younger kids)

Please be sure to stop by The Archives and share remembrances of alumni we have lost in the past year and all classmates gone too soon! PHS In Memoriam. (The Archives is open from 8:30 a.m. - noon.)

Brad Shelley, Head of School, and his wife Candace, welcome the Pem-Day and Sunset Hill Class of 1975 to the Head of School Residence for a special 50th reunion celebration luncheon in their backyard. (casual attire; no heels because of the grass in the backyard.)

Brad Shelley, Head of School, and Vanessa Alpert, Director of Human Resources and daughter of David Tinklepaugh ‘65, will take us on a tour of the Ward Parkway Campus to see all of the updates and share memories.
