** If you are coming from out of town, we encourage you to arrive by the evening of Thu, Oct. 1st in order to participate in all of the Reunion Weekend activities which start early Friday morning, October 2nd on the Ward Parkway campus. (see details below).

** Please note: Parking is limited. Please carpool if possible. If the lot is full, please find parking in the lot off the Stateline entrance (5121 Stateline), or on Kroh Campus, or in the adjacent Westwood neighborhood (please do not block our neighbors’ driveways). If possible, please take a car service. The Bellis Athletic Center address for google maps and drop off location for transportation services is 1438 West 51st Street. *Note: please contact the alumni office if you need a handicap parking spot

Once you arrive on campus, please come to the Reunion Weekend Alumni Registration and Hospitality Area to check in and receive your Reunion Weekend name badge. It is also the perfect place to meet up with your friends and / or rest between Reunion Weekend events. You’ll even find yearbooks and pictures to peruse as well as thank you notes to send to your favorite teachers. There will also be light refreshments throughout the day.

Take a walk down memory lane and also see the updates since the last time you were on campus. Casual attire. Walking shoes are encouraged. Let us know if you need assistance. *Note: please contact the alumni office if you need a walker or wheel chair

Alumni are encouraged to join our Upper School Students for our 2026 Alumni Awards Assembly and Hazard Lecture to hear from and honor our 2026 Alumni Awards recipients:

• Young Alumni Award - Jeffrey “Jeff” Q. McCarther ‘01

Please join us for this special reunion luncheon to honor our alumni award recipients and our faculty hall of fame members. The luncheon also gives alumni a chance to interact with the senior class and share memories of Pem-Day, Sunset and Pembroke Hill and hear from students about their current Pembroke Hill experience.

Join all of our Pembroke Hill lower, middle and upper school students for our annual Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally. All alumni are invited to walk in the parade!

Gather with fellow alumni, faculty and staff before the homecoming football game. Includes a delicious dinner buffet, beer and wine. (Over 21 ID required for alcohol.) Casual attire. Please let us know if you have any particular dietary restrictions.

Attire: casual ~ please wear RED to cheer on the Raiders!

All Pem-Day and Sunset Hill alumni are welcome to come to Charlie Hooper’s on Friday night starting at 7 p.m. We especially look forward to toasting the Pem-Day and Sunset Class of 1976 on their 50th Reunion.

After the Raiders WIN, join us for one of our new favorite traditions ~ a post game party at The Brooksider Sports Bar & Grill with all classes 1986 - 2024. *over 21 ID required.

Make this your first stop Saturday morning! Please come to the Reunion Weekend Alumni Registration & Hospitality Area in The Archives (Carriage House). It is the perfect place to check in, meet friends and explore old yearbooks and pictures. Campus tours will leave from here. There will also be light refreshments throughout the day.

Enjoy coffee talk and join in fun activities for kids and adults alike ~ including a bouncy house and lawn games. (Ages 10 & under; older teenagers can volunteer to help the younger kids)

Please be sure to stop by The Archives and share remembrances of alumni we have lost in the past year and all classmates gone too soon! PHS In Memoriam. (The Archives is open from 8:30 a.m. - noon.)

Brad Shelley, Head of School, and his wife Candace, welcome all Pem-Day and Sunset Hill alumni to the Head of School Residence for a special Honor Guard Reunion fall luncheon celebration in their backyard. (casual attire; no heels because of the grass in the backyard.) While there is no charge, kindly r.s.v.p. so that we can plan accordingly with the caterers.

Pem-Day Class of 1976 Casual Lunch at Tap Ins at the Greenhouse, 9751 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS

Meet your classmates for a casual lunch at Tap-ins, in Overland Park. Tables will be reserved for our group in the sports bar restaurant. Everyone will pay their own tab. Spouses/Partners are encouraged to attend. Check out their website via an internet search or using the link you received in an e-mail from Mitch Mueller. Once we have an idea of how many are planning to attend, the Reunion committee will gauge interest in a mini-golf tournament, which could be held after lunch.

(Note: This is not a school-related event and there’s no charge, so if you don’t know whether you want to attend or participate, changes and last minute decisions will be OK. )
